We seek an experienced Programme Lead to own challenging development programmes, guide cross-functional teams, and shape our Pharma business strategy.

You will lead programmes from concept through to manufacture, with a focus on drug-delivery devices and combination products, while strengthening client

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex medical-device or combination-product development programmes.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and systems-level thinking.
• Experience balancing technical, regulatory, commercial and programme considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across development programmes from concept to manufacture.
• Develop trusted client relationships and identify follow-on opportunities.
• Mentor colleagues and help shape the Pharma business strategy at TTP.
• Navigate regulatory and commercial decisions to maintain programme momentum.
