Job summary

Education Development Trust in the South of England is seeking a Programme Lead to oversee high‑quality STEM and STEAM programmes across multiple sites. You will blend programme delivery with stakeholder engagement and operational leadership to create exceptional experiences for schools, students, volunteers and industry partners.

The role requires strong programme management, the ability to analyse performance data and KPI reports, and excellent communication.

Are you an experienced Programme Lead, Education Programme Manager or Youth Programme Manager looking for an opportunity to deliver meaningful impact at scale? EDT is entering an exciting period of transformation and growth. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Programme Lead to oversee the delivery of high-quality STEM and STEAM programmes across the South of England, helping thousands of young people discover future career opportunities and achieve their potential. As a Programme Lead, you will combine programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, operational leadership and educational innovation to create exceptional experiences for schools, students, volunteers and industry partners.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage programme operations, logistics, performance tracking and regional delivery activity
  • Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, partners, volunteers and stakeholders

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the region
