As part of the NauitIQ Solutions team, they will focus on delivering electrical, automation, and autonomy products to Naval and Commercial Marine customers. What You Will Be Doing

As Programme Lead, you will oversee small projects or workstreams within larger projects aligned with strategic objectives. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
  2. Defining and phasing programme tranches to achieve benefits.
  3. Maintaining documentation for project delivery.
  4. Acting as the focal point for project aspects.
  5. Providing management information to stakeholders.
  6. Creating and managing integrated plans and schedules.
  7. Leading schedule review meetings and facilitating executive decisions.
Who We're Looking For

  • Hold a degree or equivalent experience.
  • Be a member of a professional body, working towards an APMPQ or similar qualification.
  • Have at least 5 years' project management experience.

Preferred qualifications include experience across all programme lifecycle stages, exposure to related roles like purchasing or engineering, and comfort with complex environments.
