What you'll do

  • Lead and manage high-quality flexible workplace and construction projects with the Head of Projects & PMO, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest satisfaction, meeting sustainability targets and safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Workplace team, including Accommodation Strategy & Commercial, third-party professionals, and internal teams like Service, IT & Broadcast, to ensure clear understanding and alignment of project requirements with Sky's workplace strategy.
  • Maintain compliance by managing the Project Process, Toolkit, and Tracker, ensuring transparent governance and sharing best practices in project management and workplace design to develop a world-class delivery process.
  • Work with Programme Heads on change management initiatives related to projects, ensuring effective communication and understanding of workplace schemes among colleagues.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven project management and team leadership experience, with knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work.
  • In-depth understanding of UK construction legislation, regulations, and codes, including health & safety and commercial considerations.
  • A motivated and assertive leader skilled at motivating teams, driving creative solutions, and communicating effectively.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • A passion for workplace and construction, with a focus on transforming concepts into exceptional environments that boost user experience and productivity.
  • A degree related to Workplace, Construction, Surveying, or Project Management, with progress towards a professional qualification (e.g., RICS, APM, ARB).
