Job Description:

We are looking for a Programme Facilitator to build relationships and engagement with people, supporting them towards improved wellbeing including gaining knowledge and skills, reaching their goals, and attaining their goals.

Key tasks will be to:

  • Facilitate and promote a range of programmes
  • Support participants to meet their needs
  • Work together with the wider team in offering holistic care
  • Be prepared
  • Be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
  • Have sound experience working in individual or group facilitation
  • Have social service experience, and experience working with a wide range of people
  • Have a clean full driving licence

The starting annual salary for this role will be $61,700 - $68,800.
