Overview

We are looking for a Programme Executive to join our team, working on high-profile medical association and professional association events.

About the Role

You will support content creation, programme and speaker management, and onsite event delivery. This role is ideal for a content producer, communications executive, or event manager with at least 1 year of experience looking to advance their career. Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail are key.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct content research and develop event agendas.
  • Coordinate with event committees and stakeholders to curate event programmes
  • Manage speaker communications and logistics.
  • Support onsite event execution and manage speakers onsite
  • Working predominantly on two large-scale medical association events and team collaboration on one large-scale professional association event.

Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a similar role in a content, events, communications, or publishing background
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and work under pressure.
