Job summary

Comxps Ltd is recruiting for a senior ERP leadership role to drive Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM implementations for a UK government client in London, with 2–3 days on-site and occasional travel to Reading and Bristol.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end delivery, align HR transformation initiatives with enterprise architecture, and maintain strong stakeholder engagement while ensuring security clearance SC.

Qualifications

• Depth of experience of Oracle Fusion and ERP implementation leadership.
• Evidence of EPR/HCM and HR Transformation.
• End-to-end leadership experience in ERP/HCM implementations; Defence exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP/HCM implementation programs for the client.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and security teams to ensure compliance.
• Drive change management and benefits realization.

Contract Length: 31st March 2027 (Plan to extend to 12 Months - Funding dependable)

Essential

• Depth of experience of Oracle Fusion and ERP implementation leadership
• Specific evidence of EPR/HCM and HR Transformation
• Strong and enduring experience (end to end) of the EPR and HCM implementation process, at a leadership level
• Preference of prior Defence experience
