Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering complex engineering and manufacturing capital projects.
• Strong track record in factory fit-outs, automation implementation, and/or industrial facility development.
• Experience managing high-value budgets and multiple concurrent projects.
• Deep understanding of project lifecycle management, including commissioning and handover.
• Excellent stakeholder management at senior and executive levels.
• Strong commercial acumen, including contract management and cost control.
• Proven leadership capability, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple large-scale capital projects.
• Take ownership of factory fit-out programmes, including layout strategy, infrastructure upgrades, and production readiness.
• Oversee specification, procurement, installation, and commissioning of automated equipment and production systems.
• Deliver complex test facilities, ensuring technical robustness, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and resource plans across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Provide direction to cross-functional project teams.
• Act as the primary interface with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Manage external contractors, suppliers, and integrators, ensuring contractual and performance obligations are met.
• Establish and enforce high standards for quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks at both project and programme level.
• Drive governance, reporting, and decision-making processes at senior leadership level.
• Champion continuous improvement in project delivery, standardisation, and best practices.
