Job summary

ITM Power PLC in Sheffield is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support and improve Catalyst Coated Membrane manufacturing processes. You'll be part of the Production Engineering team responsible for optimising production stability and quality.

This role includes hands-on engineering support, troubleshooting, and working closely with internal and external teams to ensure successful equipment integration. ITM Power offers a competitive salary, a contributory pension scheme, and various benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialisation within a production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial equipment and automation systems.
• Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support industrialisation and continuous improvement of CCM manufacturing processes.
• Define and maintain manufacturing standards including SOPs and process parameters.
• Support introduction of new equipment and automated systems into production.
