Job Description

We are looking for a resourceful and creative individual to support service journey reviews, workshop planning, and event design in a public service setting. You will work with two teams – Service Journey Review (SJR) and Service Excellence (SE) – on key initiatives related to stakeholder engagement, user research, design, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Workshop & Stakeholder Engagement Support

  • Assist with planning and logistics for workshops (e.g. co-creation, ideation sessions).
  • Take notes and help document discussions and outcomes.
  • Organise raw ideas into themes and support basic insight synthesis.

2. Insight Synthesis & Research

  • Support the mapping of user personas, journey maps, and pain points.
  • Help summarise qualitative data and workshop findings for reporting.

3. Design & Multimedia Support

  • Assist in developing visual content (e.g. posters, presentation slides, videos) for internal programmes.
  • Maintain consistency in branding and quality across digital and print collaterals.

4. Event and Admin Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of events and meetings, including logistics, registration, and vendor liaison.
  • Maintain well-organised shared folders and working documents.
Job Requirements (Preferred)
  • Degree in any field (Design, Communications, Social Sciences, or related fields preferred).
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Interest or basic knowledge in Design Thinking and user research.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and a team player with a service mindset.
