Delivery Director - Utilities | £140,0000 + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid (London & Midlands)
Are you a strategic leader with a consultancy background, experienced in Water, Gas, or Energy? Do you thrive in transformational environments, managing large teams and delivering managed service solutions? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key leadership role in the utilities sector.
Following a major transformation and rapid team growth over the past year, we're looking for a dynamic Delivery Director to drive operational excellence and continued improvement. You will be responsible for overseeing Scheduling, Streetworks Administration, Data Management, and Control Room operations, ensuring seamless service delivery while maintaining strong customer engagement and regulatory compliance. Reporting directly to the Director of Transition & Regulation, you will lead a large team with around 7 direct reports. You must be comfortable working in an evolving landscape, managing transformation projects, and adapting to change.
Primarily based across two London locations. Occasional visits to an office in the Midlands. All travel paid for.
