About The Role

This role sits with the WBS Undergraduate Office’s Service Team, and focuses on providing world-leading service and high quality administrative support for Warwick Business School’s undergraduate programmes.

This is a varied role which involves a wide range of activities across our degree programmes. This is a good opportunity to gain experience in a range of areas, working in a friendly and supportive team with a strong learning and development culture.

This role would be joining the team at an exciting time, during an ongoing programme of change and improvement aimed at maximising our service quality and providing the best possible experience to our students.

About You

Customer skills and a proactive approach are vital. We are looking for individuals who thrive when working in a busy environment, have strong problem-solving skills and who can adapt to change quickly.

If you are passionate about delivering a great service to students, can manage information quickly and accurately, and enjoy working in a team environment then we’d love to hear from you.

You will have experience of delivering excellent customer service through effective team working and be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a matrix organisational context.

Evidence of well-developed administration skills and a high level of IT literacy will be required, as will the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and with attention to detail.
