The Role

We are seeking a highly organized Programme Coordinator to join our Vehicle Line Management Team. In this role, you will support Programme Managers in delivering Norton’s vehicle development programmes. Responsibilities include managing key documentation such as timing plans, gateway materials, and facilitating regular cross-functional team meetings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in new vehicle development programmes and familiarity with programme management software such as MS Project.

This role is suitable for someone eager to advance into a cross-functional programme management position.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating programme timelines
  • Supporting the preparation of gateway documentation, reviews, and risk registers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet programme milestones
  • Communicating project timelines and deadlines to stakeholders

Personal Specification

  • At least two years’ experience in a new programme development role
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with programme timing software is advantageous
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
