Qualifications

Role Overview

Coordinate inspection, maintenance, and remedial work across Private Network High Voltage systems. Support the O&M Manager to ensure service delivery meets contractual and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling, pricing, and delivery of routine inspections and maintenance.
  • Coordinate small-scale remedial works and support larger engineering projects.
  • Prepare job packs and ensure availability of tools, materials, and resources.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Track progress and generate reports for senior management.
  • Assist with administrative tasks: handling calls, booking accommodation, and customer communication.
  • Support quotation preparation and customer follow-up.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in scheduling or coordination roles.
  • 5 GCSEs (A–C), including Maths and English.
  • Strong administrative background, ideally in maintenance or project environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with field service software is a plus.
  • Experience with IBM Maximo for asset and maintenance management is desirable.
  • Skilled in document handling and technical communication.
