Job summary

Linesight is seeking an Associate Director to lead Programme Controls for the UK's critical infrastructure portfolio. You will drive governance, reporting, risk, cost, schedule and change management across multi-project programmes, mentoring high-performing teams and shaping client relationships.

You will establish PMO frameworks, develop executive reporting dashboards and support business development in the Energy sector, delivering significant cable connections and substation projects with

Qualifications

• Significant Programme Controls experience delivering infrastructure programmes.
• Experience designing and implementing PMO governance, reporting and controls.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with senior client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Programme Controls across a portfolio of Critical Infrastructure projects.
• Establish and implement Programme Controls and PMO frameworks.
• Provide strategic oversight of governance, reporting, planning, risk, cost, schedule and change management.
• Develop executive reporting and performance dashboards for senior client stakeholders.
• Drive programme planning, road mapping and performance tracking across multiple projects.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, contractors and delivery partners.
• Lead, mentor and develop Programme Controls teams.
• Support business development and bid activities in the Energy sector.
