Qualifications

  • Equivalent industry experience preferable or Degree level qualification.
  • Some experience in project management, schedule, finance, cost, benefits, risk and change management.
  • Attained APM Project Management Qualification or equivalent; or can demonstrate equivalent PM knowledge.
  • Working towards membership of Association of Project Management (AMAPM or MAPM).
  • Demonstrate good experience of working & delivering in cross functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience of SAP, OPC, P6 and Power BI preferable but training will be provided.

You will be supporting the management and optimisation of the Civil Aerospace portfolio. Also, you will need to have a strong customer management focus, a proven track record of delivery and the ability to operate in a complex environment with conflicting priorities

Responsibilities:

In this role you will support the Portfolio Manager owning the Portfolio Office and associated standards to effectively report Portfolio Performance , as well as:

  • Ensure compliance to Benefits and Cost Management.
  • Drive Project Management data and reporting standards with a close liaison to the PM Digital team.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of PM tools, processes, and guidance.
  • Support Finance budget planning cycles with accurate and timely Plan and actual data.
  • Provide Project Control support for the Engineering Civil element of the Civil Portfolio.
