We’re introducing this exciting role to join our growing business to support our Public Sector Regeneration Team to complete a variety of administration and management tasks across a diverse array of projects, with a particular focus on supporting the stock condition survey programmes. As a Programme Co-ordinator / Management Assistant with Bellrock, you’ll be primarily responsible for a variety of programme co-ordination tasks and secondarily management admin tasks across a variety of building-related projects. They include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Primarily liaising with residents and organising/managing off-site surveyors to ensure property inspections are carried out.
  • Primarily managing documents - Logging incoming information and updating trackers through Excel and a bespoke stock condition survey software application associated with property inspections and preparing weekly tracking information.
  • Leading and managing the admin support team regarding the stock condition surveys, reporting into the technical and QA lead surveyor.
  • Transcribing audio recordings into minutes and action lists, with the potential need to attend internal and external meetings to produce concise minutes.
  • Arranging and co-ordinating meetings/events/lunches/workshops.
  • Providing overflow support to other teams where necessary.
What does it take?
  • Intermediate Excel skills capable of navigating spreadsheets and understanding pivot tables.
  • Ability to understand and use the bespoke property inspection data collection and management system for which initial training will be provided.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and manage workload efficiently.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Experience in project management/coordination.
  • Good MS Office knowledge and experience, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience of working in professional services and preferably customer-facing.
  • Experience in transcribing audio recordings into minutes and action lists.
  • The Right to Work in the UK.

Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from 5 Merchant Square, Paddington, London Mon-Thu, 09.00 to 17.30, Fri 09.00 to 16.30.
