Overview

Programme Change Consultant - Utilities. Working on a specific project undergoing a digital transformation across areas of the organisation.

Day Rate: £400 - £450 per day
Location: St Albans
Duration: March 2020

Responsibilities

• Independent leadership of the Change project workstream, including delivery of an end to end change programme
• Leading teams to deliver your workstream
• Working with clients to identify their key challenges and help them create and implement the change programme milestones
• Building relationships with clients to drive positive outcomes and gaining their buy in to proposed solutions
• Ensuring that change management is planned out from the design and implementing solutions that can demonstrate benefits and value delivered to the client

Required Experience

Delivered projects previously in a Change led project within the Utilities sector.
