Leadership & Management:

Manage multiple engagements simultaneously working under a dedicated Senior Manager and/or Director. Lead and develop junior team members around IPA.

Engage directly with senior stakeholders on the client side (e.g., Programme Directors and CFOs), clearly articulating risks and recommendations from IPA work. Collaborate with internal senior teams to secure resources, deliver, and sign off work.

Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance:

Contribute to risk management activities over large, multi-year engagements. Ensure adherence to all KPMG risk processes, especially given the high-risk nature of IPA work.

What will you be doing?

1. Understand end-to-end business transformation ERP programmes, including challenges and assurance requirements.
2. Comprehend all key workstreams such as PMO, business change, architecture, testing, data, and transition, leading focused reviews in these areas.
3. Identify key risks throughout the programme lifecycle and recommend mitigations to address them.
4. Translate observations into risks with clear impact and practical recommendations.
5. Manage multiple IPA activities (stage gates, deep dives), aligning with other assurance activities and communicating effectively with internal QA teams.

Lead junior teams to deliver high-quality outputs under pressure, such as health check reports and stage gate reviews, and assess client readiness to progress to subsequent stages.
