Leadership & Management:

Manage multiple engagements simultaneously for a dedicated Senior Manager and/or Director. Lead and develop junior team members around IPA.

Engage directly with senior stakeholders on the client side (e.g., Programme Directors and CFOs), clearly articulating risks and recommendations from IPA work. Collaborate with internal senior teams to secure resources, deliver, and sign off work.

Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance:

Contribute to risk management activities over large, multi-year, multimillion-pound engagements. Ensure adherence to all KPMG risk processes, especially given the high-risk nature of IPA work.

What will you be doing?

  • Understand end-to-end business transformation ERP programmes, including challenges and programme assurance requirements.
  • Comprehend all critical workstreams such as PMO, business change, business architecture, testing, data, and cutover/transition; lead focused reviews in these areas.
  • Identify key risks throughout the programme lifecycle and determine necessary mitigations to stay on course.
  • Translate observations into risks with clear impact descriptions and practical recommendations.
  • Manage multiple IPA activities (stage gates, deep dives) and align with other assurance activities, communicating effectively with internal QA teams using appropriate language (1st/2nd/3rd line).

Lead junior teams to deliver high-quality outputs under pressure, such as health check reports, stage gate reviews, and readiness assessments.
