Job Description:

Fauna & Flora is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Programme Assistant to support the Conservation Capacity & Leadership team. The successful candidate will assist the Director and team members in delivering programme targets through administration, finance, logistics, learning dissemination, and communications. The role particularly supports Fauna & Flora’s conservation leadership, partner support, and professional development initiatives.

Candidates should have relevant administrative experience, excellent numeracy, organizational, and time management skills, and a structured approach to work. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building effective relationships. The candidate should be self-motivated, a team player, and adaptable to changing organizational needs. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are required.
