Overview

A cutting-edge, experimental social wellness and movement space in London is seeking an experienced Programme & Events Manager to lead the development, delivery, and management of immersive wellness, movement, contrast therapy and lifestyle experiences. This is a hands-on, operationally focused role for someone passionate about fitness, personal growth, and spirituality, who thrives in creating transformative experiences where participants can connect, let their guards down, stay fit, and evolve.

The successful candidate will curate transformative classes, workshops, events, and immersive experiences, managing facilitators and contributors, and ensuring every session aligns with the space’s mission to nurture individuals, empower communities, and awaken meaningful change.

Experience as a breath work or contrast therapy coach is highly desirable.

The Role

  • Salary: £45-50,000
  • Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)

Responsibilities

Programme Development & Curation
  • Collaborate with leadership to define programme objectives, themes, and strategic priorities that fuse fitness, movement, wellness, and personal growth.
  • Curate a diverse calendar of classes, workshops, longer immersions, live music events, talks, and other experiential offerings that support connection, personal evolution, and holistic wellbeing.
  • Ensure all programming reflects the space’s culture, spiritual ethos, and community values.
  • Stay informed of emerging trends, themes, and industry best practices to continuously innovate the programme.
Facilitator & Partner Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with instructors, facilitators, speakers, musicians, and other contributors who embody the intersection of fitness and spirituality.
  • Identify, recruit, and assess new talent, negotiating terms and contracts to ensure sessions meet quality standards and align with the community ethos.
  • Implement and maintain a CRM system to track facilitator and partner relationships.
  • Oversee facilitator onboarding, training, and session delivery where applicable.
  • Manage facilitator payments, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
Event Production & Execution
  • Oversee the production and smooth execution of events, ensuring every experience is immersive, inclusive, and transformative.
  • Support facilitators on-site during sessions to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with facilitators to design and deliver experiences including movement, wellness, spiritual practices, workshops, and ceremonies.
Marketing & Audience Engagement
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that resonate with audiences seeking fitness, personal growth, and mindful connection.
  • Leverage facilitator networks and industry contacts to maximise outreach and participant engagement.
  • Track and analyse engagement metrics, using insights to optimise future programming.
Programme Evaluation & Reporting
  • Develop methods for assessing facilitator performance and programme success.
  • Collect feedback from participants, track attendance and engagement, and report weekly to leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance programming, improve experiences, and inform strategic decision-making.
The Person
  • Proven experience managing programming, events, or experiential offerings within wellness, lifestyle, or fitness industries.
  • Strong operational and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with experience building and maintaining relationships with instructors, partners, and collaborators.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for delivering immersive, high-quality experiences.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and design programming that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable leading teams, training contrast therapy facilitators, and being present on the ground during events.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Passionate about wellness, movement, and creating meaningful community experiences.
