We are seeking a permanent Programme and Business Operations Lead to work collaboratively with the Head of Products and Research, contributing to the effective oversight and delivery of the Business Operations functions and Programmes across the Genomics Surveillance Unit (GSU).
You will understand the connectivity between programmes, oversee financial control and contract management, and collaborate with legal, HR, finance, procurement, and research governance. You will develop systems to facilitate international project delivery, aiming to become a leader in genomic data on pathogens and vectors.
With knowledge of business and commercial delivery in a laboratory setting, you will support research and laboratory operations in this complex role.

Salary: £81,435-£95,730 per annum
Hybrid Working: 2-3 days/week in the office
