Job Title: Programmatic Agency Partner
Location: Central London (Hybrid working)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Opportunity
We’re hiring on behalf of a renowned name in premium media for a Programmatic Agency Partner to join their growing programmatic team. This is a client-facing role focused on developing strategic partnerships with media agencies to drive programmatic revenue across a range of deal types including PMP, PG, and performance campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow relationships with key agency contacts to unlock programmatic budgets.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for programmatic campaign queries and best practice support.

  • Collaborate across internal teams to create data-led media plans and respond to agency briefs.

  • Manage deal delivery, performance insights, and campaign optimisations.

  • Identify upselling opportunities using first-party data and market insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and data strategies.

  • Strong agency network and experience working with major holding groups.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and troubleshooting programmatic campaigns.
