Programmatic Media Manager – Remote

Join a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in cutting-edge programmatic advertising across display, video, native, digital out-of-home, connected TV, and audio advertising. About the Role

As a Programmatic Media Manager, you’ll execute and optimize campaigns across global markets, focusing on industries like iGaming, sports betting, travel, tourism, hospitality, and entertainment. You’ll work within The Trade Desk DSP and other platforms, managing media strategy, campaign performance, and stakeholder relationships.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and manage programmatic strategies across EMEA, APAC, and North America.
  • Optimize campaigns for CPM, CPA, and ROI to ensure high performance.
  • Work directly with ad exchanges, publishers, and performance-based media buying models.
  • Lead programmatic reporting and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with a talented team to influence company growth and direction.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years in a programmatic trading role (agency or client-side).
  • Hands-on experience in programmatic media buying across multiple formats (display, CTV, audio, video, DOOH).
  • Strong understanding of performance models like CPA, CPL, CPI, CPM, and ROAS.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and ad servers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different time zones.
  • iGaming experience is a plus but not essential.
