Job description

The Programmatic Manager will be responsible for all aspects of campaign implementation. This will involve managing multiple accounts against client objectives, campaign setup and optimizations, as well as reporting and insights.

The candidate must be able to identify new opportunities or potential weaknesses in strategies, and communicate this effectively to account managers and the Head of Digital. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with major demand side platforms, strong analytical, writing, and comprehension skills, and preferably online trafficking experience with Campaign Manager 360.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing programmatic accounts: communication, campaign setup, troubleshooting, reporting, and managing executive support.
  2. Collaborating with agency stakeholders to manage, implement, and deliver wider client projects such as DMP, dynamic creative, and multi-touchpoint attribution.
  3. Identifying opportunities to drive and grow the programmatic department.
  4. Managing campaign QA reports to ensure accurate results and trafficking routines.
  5. Supporting the Head of Digital to improve MAG’s programmatic offerings, including reporting automation and new product development.
  6. Attending relevant internal, client, tech, and supplier meetings as required.
  7. Designing measurement solutions to demonstrate campaign efficacy.
  8. Contributing to new business workflows, including pricing, brief documents, and best practices.
  9. Creating reporting templates to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis to clients and account managers.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in DV360 and Campaign Manager; experience with other DSPs is a plus.
  2. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  4. Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  5. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Consistently exceeding client objectives.
