Purpose of the Role

The role requires the efficient and accurate execution of Programmatic campaigns as well as solid experience in DSPs and Programmatic technology. You will take initiative and be confident in operating in a collaborative working environment. The right candidate will have a proven track record in getting the best out of others while also being able to manage their own workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate advanced understanding of Programmatic technology and the wider Display ecosystem, building relationships with key partners.
  2. Be accountable for the output of the team by managing workloads and problem solving, while coaching and developing to ensure best in class delivery.
  3. Collaborate on planning and strategy for Programmatic activity as part of a range of different media mixes from our client portfolio.
  4. Showcase the ability to build, manage, optimise and troubleshoot varied Programmatic campaigns that span the marketing funnel, utilising market-leading DSPs.
  5. Be comfortable and confident manipulating large data sets to pull out meaningful insights for clients against their KPIs.
  6. Utilise exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with the internal team, forge close bonds with existing clients and attract new business where possible.
  7. Play an active role in the development of our Programmatic offering by driving improvements to current workflow and processes, embedding quality assurance.
  8. Own commercial practices including invoicing, spend delivery, investment and margin management to help drive the profitability of the department.
Qualifications + Skills
  1. Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working within programmatic.
  2. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  3. Experience using industry standard ad serving/buying tools.
  4. Exceptional knowledge of the market both locally and globally, and the role that programmatic display plays within the digital ecosystem.
  5. High degree of numeracy and literacy.
  6. Detail oriented with first class analytical skills.
  7. Ability to work both as an individual or within a team.
  8. Effective organisation and time management.
  9. Platform/tech experience in at least 2 DSPs including DV360, Amazon or TTD.
