Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division is excited to be working exclusively for a health and wellbeing franchise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the programmatic advertising strategy across the UK & international markets, planning, activating, and optimising YouTube and Display campaigns to grow their client base.
- Maximise awareness, consideration, and new joiners from Display advertising within stated budgets.
- Manage all aspects of campaign setup and optimisation across platforms including DV360, YouTube, Teads & Quantcast.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform investment decisions across platforms and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the in-house studio for creative planning and management of digital ad assets.
- Test, learn, and optimise activities to improve performance.
- Report on Display performance, working with a Digital Analyst to plan and activate campaigns.
- Share key results with stakeholders and develop relationships with external partners like Google.
- Develop project plans, engage in iterative testing, and stay updated on industry trends.
Skills and experience required:
- Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn.
- Minimum 3 years managing Display campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
- Experience managing large accounts in sectors like Fitness, Health, Leisure, or Retail.
- Proficient with platforms such as DV360, YouTube, Teads & Quantcast.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
- Ability to assess performance critically and produce actionable insights.
- Creative and commercial mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in sports and fitness.
- Ownership of performance targets and ability to manage multiple projects calmly.
