Talon Outdoor is seeking a Programmatic Client Director to lead a portfolio of international OOH clients, focusing on digital and programmatic activation. Responsibilities

• Lead servicing of a portfolio of clients across agencies, with focus on digital/programmatic teams and performance agencies.
• Advocate for inclusion of PrOOH on plans to drive incremental revenue via Talon’s data/tech stack Ada & Atlas.
• Collaborate with Client teams to respond to briefs, supporting rationale documents and PCAs.
• Present work to clients and agencies, and attend all client meetings across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with International Commercial Director and Programmatic team to align strategy and forecasts.

THE ROLE_

OOH is currently at the epicentre of digital transformation and this position will play a crucial role in moving Evolve and the industry forward into becoming a truly omnichannel medium. With the vast majority of the International ad market being traded programmatically, there is an opportunity for Evolve to establish itself as the market leader for intelligent OOH activation and access incremental budgets which help to grow the medium. The Programmatic Client Director role will make an important contribution to this revenue growth by building excellent client relationships, delivering high quality servicing, and effectively communicating Evolve initiatives to drive outcomes for our clients.

A DAY IN THE LIFE_

• Lead on the servicing of a portfolio of clients across a range of agencies, with a particular focus on digital/programmatic teams and performance agencies.
• Advocate for the inclusion of PrOOH on plans to ultimately drive incremental revenue into the medium via Talon’s proprietary technology and data stack (Ada & Atlas).
• Work closely with the Client teams to create response to briefs, supporting rationale documents and feed into PCAs.
• Be responsible for presenting the above work to clients and agencies.
• Attend all client and agency meetings across your portfolio, working collaboratively with Client teams and supported by Evolve’s International Commercial Director, Programmatic Director and Talon’s wider Programmatic team.
• Benefit from the expertise and support of Talon’s wider Programmatic team, ensuring a consistent market approach and strong alignment across all Business Units where appropriate.
• Identify growth opportunities across your portfolio of clients, positioning OOH as a driver of core metrics and showcasing Evolve’s audience solutions.
• Drive agency relationships through hot desking, meeting with key personnel and presenting all agency sessions.
• Have a thorough understanding of the digital strategy and objectives of your main accounts and use this knowledge to add value.
• Take the lead on resolving client/campaign issues as and when they arise, working in close collaboration with Client teams.
• Work with Evolve’s International Commercial Director to set objectives across key focus clients and working to achieve them.
• Contribute to pipeline management and all in-house reporting.
• Work with Evolve’s International Commercial Director and Programmatic Director to provide accurate client forecasts ensuring they are kept up to date with key changes to forecasted business.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR_

• A proactive self-starter with an appetite to develop
• An understanding of the programmatic online and OOH landscapes.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape and an understanding of marketing and media objectives.
• Highly organised and proven ability to deliver excellent client service.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships, understanding their key business challenges and presenting strategic solutions to drive growth across their accounts.
• First class relationship management skills with the ability to communicate across all levels both internally and externally.
• Extensive experience working with or within network agencies.
• Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to apply this within your work.
• International OOH/PrOOH experience and/or extensive experience within programmatic/digital teams preferred but not essential.
