Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Hearts & Science as a Programmatic AV Manager, leading the programmatic video and audio output for one of the agency's flagship accounts. Sitting within our dynamic Programmatic Video team and reporting into the Programmatic AV Director, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge AV campaigns across YouTube, CTV, Broadcast Video and audio platforms. You'll work closely with planning teams, DSP partners and the wider AV department to deliver strategic, data‑led solutions that drive performance and innovation. As a people manager, you'll also play a key role in coaching and developing a team of Buyers and Executives, supporting their growth while maintaining the highest standards in campaign delivery and operational excellence. With access to ongoing training, new product testing and cross‑team collaboration, this role offers real scope to influence the agency's AV product and develop your own career within a fast‑growing, future‑focused agency.

Responsibilities

Co‑lead the execution of programmatic AV campaigns across YouTube, CTV, Broadcast Video and audio platforms, ensuring on‑time delivery, quality and performance targets.

Partner with planning teams, DSP partners and the wider AV department to design and implement data‑led, audience‑focused solutions that drive performance and innovation.

Co‑coach and develop a team of Buyers and Executives, supporting their growth while maintaining the highest standards in campaign delivery and operational excellence.

Qualifications

At least three years' experience in programmatic or biddable media, with a strong understanding of DSPs, bidding strategies and data‑led targeting.

Ability to translate audience insight into effective AV solutions and to present to stakeholders with confidence.

Experience managing multiple projects at pace, a natural collaborator and problem‑solver with a keen eye for detail.

Passion for developing talent, with experience mentoring or managing others, and curiosity for technology and innovation.
