Role: Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist

Reporting to the Manager of Ad Operations, you'll collaborate with our Client Services team to manage programmatic advertising campaigns, including trafficking, pixel implementation, and performance analysis, in a remote-first environment. We prioritize candidates located in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Client Services to fulfill client deliverables, including campaign trafficking, modifications, and ad operations.
  2. Create and implement pixel-based data-capturing systems.
  3. QA campaign assets, pixels, and campaigns before launch.
  4. Identify opportunities to optimize campaign setup with product and technology teams.
  5. Establish best practices to support successful campaign creation.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Real Time Bidding/programmatic platforms (DSP, Ad Network, etc).
  2. Digital marketing campaign creation and optimization experience.
  3. Experience with pixel-based data systems.
  4. Knowledge of DV360, Meta, or Amazon advertising platforms is a plus.
  5. Understanding of marketing concepts and objectives.
  6. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Suite.
  7. Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate clearly.
  8. Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and trends.
  9. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Bonus: experience with email marketing campaigns.
