Program Planner & Scheduler

We are seeking a Principal Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to join our team in Florida . This role will develop, maintain, and coordinate integrated master plans and schedules to support program objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program scheduling, earned value management (EVM), and risk analysis within the aerospace and defense industry .

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain integrated master plans and schedules to align with program objectives.
• Ensure cross-functional integration of schedules across finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality teams .
• Track program plans, schedules, and performance , identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Perform risk analysis and schedule variance assessments to support decision-making.
• To monitor program progress, utilize Gantt charts, PERT, milestone tracking, earned value management (EVM), and other project management tools.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Program / Project Management, Earned Value Management (EVM), Business, Cost, and / or Finance OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in scheduling and program planning .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Project .
• Active DoD Secret Clearance (required).

Qualifications :

• Ability to obtain and maintain special program access .
• Aerospace / Defense industry experience .
• Experience working in Microsoft Project Server environment .
• Familiarity with Deltek Cobra, Deltek Acumen Risk, and DCMA health metrics .
• Strong schedule management and MS Project expertise .
