Job summary

Kier Group plc. is looking for a Planner to join our planning team in the UK. You will manage contract and bid programmes, ensuring alignment with project requirements and Kier's planning standards. You will work with delivery teams to create robust programmes and identify risks.

You will analyse progress using Gantt charts and other tools, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and contribute to the efficiency and success of complex projects across contracts and tenders.

Qualifications

• Experience contributing to the planning function for a project or bid.
• Analytical with excellent attention to detail and a logical approach.
• Strong communication across a range of audiences.

Responsibilities

• Managing contract or tender programmes to ensure they are robust and compliant.
• Monitoring projects to identify trends and discuss them with operational leads.
• Creating programmes of works and collaborating with operational delivery teams.
• Identifying contract or tender risks and opportunities, and communicating these effectively.
• Reviewing planning processes on site to ensure alignment with Kier's planning standards.
