We are currently looking for a Programme Planner

The Programme Planner will:

  1. Work with multiple functions across the business to enable best practices for programme planning, ensuring consistency across all workstreams and functions, using high levels of emotional intelligence and empathy.
  2. Assess the impact of changes, risks, and issues on the master schedule and critical programme milestones.
  3. Identify and manage critical paths, highlight potential schedule risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate delays.
  4. Implement a robust revision control process for BOMs, updating changes and managing version control to ensure that the latest BOM version is always available to the relevant stakeholders.
  5. Integrate feeder plans into a single, cohesive master schedule, proactively managing dependencies and sequencing by facilitating planning discussions with all stakeholders to resolve conflicts and align schedules.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and project management.
The Programme Planner will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple BOMs and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address BOM-related challenges and recommend effective solutions.
