Intercept Health is seeking a Program Manager for their Young Adult Independent Living Program. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree plus five years of case management experience.
  • Or a doctorate/master’s in social work with relevant experience.
  • Or a social work degree with three years of experience.

As a full-time Program Manager at YouthQuest's Independent Living Apartment Program, you will engage with young adults aged 17-21, supporting their transition into the community. You will serve as a positive role model, helping residents develop skills in money management, employment, education, daily living, and career exploration. You will assess individual strengths and plan activities to meet their transitional living plans, supervise staff, and handle performance and disciplinary issues.

Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field plus five years of case management experience with children and families;
or a doctorate/master’s in social work or related field with relevant experience;
or a social work degree from an accredited institution with three years of experience.
