Program Manager, Transportation Network Configuration, TNC

Key job responsibilities

1. Deliver solutions to support our business and operations
2. Collect and analyze data to drive decisions and provide business insights
3. Run meetings with partner teams to track progress, implement new initiatives, and improve existing programs

A day in the life
Every day is different as a Program Manager. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to deliver solutions for your customers. You will implement changes, collaborate with other teams, track project progress, and share updates with key stakeholders.

About the team

You will join a sub-team with Transportation Network Configuration team that supports our business and operations to keep the transportation network running and growing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2. Experience in program or project management
3. Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
4. Relevant experience in analyzing quantitative data effectively to drive decisions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Knowledge of SQL
2. Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
