Job ID: 3047108 | Amazon UK Services Ltd.

At Amazon, we strive to be Earth’s most customer-centric company, where people can come to find and discover anything they might want to buy online. Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors – called delivery partners – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced logistics systems that allows delivery partners to on board, schedule delivery times, guide them through their deliveries with in-app mapping and navigation, and more. The approach and technology are nothing short of disruptive, and promise to challenge traditional approaches, and change the way the industry operates.

Amazon Flex is continuing to build a high paced and lean European team to implement and expand Flex capabilities across key segments of the European business. Amazon is now looking to hire an experienced, passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and (most importantly) customer-obsessed Program Manager to own new speed programs as part of Amazon Flex Operations Excellence.

You will focus on launching and scaling new speed programs across our logistics network. The role will require you to dive deep using data, align across multiple stakeholder groups, and demonstrate a high bias for action to deliver results on time.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the launch of new speed programs in the UK to improve click-to-promise speed for Amazon customers.
- Responsible to drive the operational integration of the new speed programs into existing business operations teams.
- Responsible for ownership of key related business metrics including quality, driver experience, and cost.
- Responsible for driving alignment across stakeholder teams to work towards metric improvements through joint projects and goals.
- Responsible for working with tech partners to deploy new features across the UK network.
- Responsible for defining the roadmap for future years for product and process improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
