We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and results-driven Global Sustainability and Inclusion Manager to join the Visa Global Responsible Sourcing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help Visa ensure our suppliers, stakeholders and sourcing teams work towards a more sustainable future. Global Responsible Sourcing Manager, you will support the development of, and be accountable for, the execution of the Visa Global Responsible Sourcing Programme.

Role Summary
As the Global Responsible Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Global Responsible Sourcing programme. Your role will involve supporting the execution of our global strategy, managing and delivering global strategic projects, data analysis and reporting, stakeholder engagement and business partnering to support client RFP responses from a sustainability perspective. You will be responsible for how stakeholders and suppliers interact with Visa and for helping build the Global Responsible Sourcing programme.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
Educated to degree level with Sustainability or Business and Supply Chain accreditation.
Minimum 5-years' experience in Sustainability, Procurement and/or Supply Chain.
Experience in Programme Management.
Advanced Project Management, Supplier Relationship management and Supply Chain Management technical and analytical skills.
Broad experience in Carbon Emissions, Supply Chain Risk Management, Supplier Diversity and Sustainability Regulations and reporting.
Knowledge and experience of Sustainability technology platforms to manage carbon emissions, supplier diversity and supply chain risk (e.g. EcoVadis, Watershed).
Leadership skills with experience in delivering large and complex projects/programmes.
