Job description

We are looking for a Global Partnership Program Manager for our Rides Central Operations team in Tallinn. In this role you will drive the expansion and execution of high-value partnerships across multiple markets including supporting, guiding and program managing local teams to negotiate, on board and scale strategic partnerships that offer significant savings to Bolt drivers.

Please note, that we are only hiring for this role to our HQ in Tallinn, Estonia. Relocation support is provided

About The Role

The partnership acquisition manager plays a key role in growing our partnership eco-system. This individual will support, guide, and program-manage local teams in negotiating, onboarding, and scaling strategic partnerships that offer significant savings to Bolt drivers. The candidate will ensure that local teams have a sufficient pipeline of quality partnerships across markets and that the pipeline is driven towards closure by the local teams. This role should also understand any constraints, root cause and challenges preventing local teams to meet their Bolt Rewards related targets, which are mostly around driver cost reduction through partnerships.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Providing hands-on support to local operations teams to ensure they successfully identify, negotiate, and onboard partnerships relevant to the Bolt Rewards Program.
  • Developing playbooks, best practices, and negotiation templates to streamline partnership acquisition.
  • Tracking each market’s progress in securing partnerships, assessing challenges, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensuring partnerships relevant to the Bolt Rewards Program are successfully integrated into Bolt Rewards platform and are easy for drivers to access and use.
  • Working cross-functionally with business development, regional/local teams, legal, finance, and product teams to execute deals effectively.
  • Using analytics to measure partnership impact, adoption, and ROI, providing recommendations for optimization.

About you:

  • You have a minimum of 5 of years of experience in partnership acquisition, business development or a related field
  • You have a proven track record of acquiring global and regional partnerships.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully managing teams to identify and negotiate partnerships.
  • You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
