Job summary

ABL Recruitment partners with a major logistics group to fill a Programme Manager role. You will lead infrastructure, maintenance and site optimisation projects across Europe, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Real Estate, Design & Construction to deliver on time and within budget.

You’ll shape business cases, present to executives and drive process improvements, standardisation and governance across a growing delivery network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Program Management or Project Management across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Cross-functional initiative leadership across complex programmes.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience using data to drive decisions and improvements.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• End-to-end programme delivery experience.
• Process improvement and operational optimisation expertise.
• Senior stakeholder and executive communication experience.
• Experience building scalable processes, project plans and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities
