Working in the Master Data Governance team (MDG), you will perform a vital function to ensure SAP NWBC (NetWeaver Business Client), or its replacement, supports the business process and to drive improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities include collaborating with a wide spectrum of business users involved in Product Data and Change Management, including Marketing, Product Commercialization, Engineers, Commercial Sales Teams, Buyers, Supply planners, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance teams. You may also participate in business systems planning, define or upgrade business applications, serve as a liaison to IT, and ensure effective communication across teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage process governance for the Change Management tool regarding parts and processes.
  • Provide technical support and drive implementation through the Engineering Change Management process.
  • Work with global teams based in Europe, Asia, and the US to ensure alignment and share best practices.
  • Manage governance programs for global change management.
  • Support change management practices and tools.
  • Plan, develop, and implement process changes.
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure all inputs for successful change are met.
  • Manage technical issues and escalate as needed.
  • Share best practices and improvements globally.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field or equivalent.
  • Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in SAP S4HANA ERP and product transfer knowledge.
  • Experience with SAP NWBC.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain environments.
  • Experience managing changes in products and processes.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing/engineering processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
