Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, change management, or a related field, with a focus on building organizational resilience.
  • Experience supporting workforce planning and new data center site launches.
  • Experience in developing and implementing learning strategies across geographical locations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in data center, operations, or computing infrastructure roles, especially in multi-tiered distributed application environments.
  • Experience with AI tools and leveraging custom-AI agents to enhance knowledge and skill development.
  • Knowledge of skill reinforcement in workflows utilizing AI and procedures.
  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on impact measurement and continuous improvement.
About the Job

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, collaborating with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate effectively across teams and time zones. Your projects will often span multiple offices and regions, requiring coordination and proactive communication to ensure successful delivery.

Our Technical Infrastructure team builds and maintains the architecture that powers Google's online products, from data centers to next-generation platforms. We are dedicated to reliability, innovation, and continuous improvement to provide the best experience for users worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage an annual learning and development strategy focused on organizational resilience across all EMEA locations.
  • Collaborate with facility leaders to identify learning needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Create and deliver engaging training materials using various modalities (e-learning, video, AI, workshops, simulations).
  • Partner with the workforce strategy team to incorporate resilience principles into new site launches (e.g., Project Point-Nemo).
  • Identify resilience risks in new site development and develop mitigation strategies.
