As a Program Manager for Amazon Freight Partner, you will lead compliance and risk mitigation initiatives to enhance the program's overall performance. Your role involves conducting comprehensive risk assessments, developing strategic mitigation plans, and implementing improvements across various aspects of the program. You'll lead efforts to optimize audit processes, enhance enforcement mechanisms, and introduce new compliance measures. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, notably Transportation Risk & Compliance (TRC) and Operations, you'll drive the implementation of risk management programs and compliance training initiatives. Your responsibilities extend to overseeing policy changes, maintaining governance standards, and continuously improving operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive change in a complex, fast-paced environment.
As a Program Manager, you’ll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programmes. You’ll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan. Some managers are based on-site while others work remotely, depending on the most suitable option for their team and tasks.
Programme Managers have significant responsibilities, and you’ll deal with complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership. With a responsibility extending beyond process improvements, you could also contribute to improving other areas of the business, like diversity, equity, and inclusion.
This role can be based in any of Amazon Transportation Services' European corporate offices, including Berlin, Munich, Luxembourg, Madrid, or London.
