Program Manager Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project activities throughout their lifecycle, ensuring completion within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to plan scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
• Apply change, risk, and resource management strategies.
• Address higher scope issues and assess program strengths for continuous improvement.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and team performance goals are met.
• Implement and manage changes to achieve project objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project issues and decisions.
• Produce accurate and timely reports on program status.
• Analyze program risks.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years in Project and/or Program Management.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Experience leading hardware, software, and system development projects.
• Background in automotive or fast-paced technology development preferred, especially in electric vehicles.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security and Functional Safety in automotive industry is desirable.
