Program Manager Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Act as a liaison between project teams and key stakeholders.
• Manage multiple project activities throughout their lifecycle, maintaining scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop and control project deadlines, budgets, and activities.
• Apply change, risk, and resource management strategies.
• Assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and team performance goals are met.
• Implement and manage changes to achieve project objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings for transparent communication on project issues and decisions.
• Produce accurate and timely program status reports throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze program risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in Project and/or Program Management.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Proven leadership in hardware, software, and system development projects.
• Background in automotive or fast-paced technology development environments, preferably with electric vehicle experience.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security and Functional Safety requirements in the automotive industry is desirable.

• Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
