Program Manager Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
- Act as a liaison between project teams and key stakeholders.
- Manage multiple project activities throughout their lifecycle, maintaining scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Develop and control project deadlines, budgets, and activities.
- Apply change, risk, and resource management strategies.
- Assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and team performance goals are met.
- Implement and manage changes to achieve project objectives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings for transparent communication on project issues and decisions.
- Produce accurate and timely program status reports throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze program risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in Project and/or Program Management.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Proven leadership in hardware, software, and system development projects.
- Background in automotive or fast-paced technology development environments, preferably with electric vehicle experience.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security and Functional Safety requirements in the automotive industry is desirable.

- Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
