Lockheed Martin is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to drive innovative projects in Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) for the UK Armed Forces and Intelligence Community.

The Role & Benefits

As Programme Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-profile programmes, working closely with the MOD and UK Intelligence Community (UKIC) to develop and integrate advanced cyber solutions.

You will be responsible for customer and other stakeholder relationships, ensuring Lockheed Martin remains a trusted partner for defence and intelligence initiatives.

Working in a matrix structure across Programme Management, Business Development, and Engineering, you will help align our offering with evolving customer needs.

What skills will I require?

  • Current high level Security Clearance – essential for this role.
  • Deep knowledge of MOD & UKIC – understanding their operational needs and challenges.
  • Strategic thinking – ability to anticipate second-order consequences and plan effectively.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

Due to the security classification of the work this role entails, this job is 100% on-site based and home working/hybrid/remote cannot be offered.

You will also need to be able to achieve a higher level UK Security Clearance.
