We have a fantastic opportunity for a Modernisation Programme Manager to join the team on a full-time, two-year fixed-term basis. This role is remote working with regular travel.

As the Modernisation Programme Manager, you will play a key role in driving and delivering the Campus Modernisation Programme across the UK region.

Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, you should demonstrate strong leadership skills, have qualifications, and a proven background in the building industry for delivering a range of high-value, multi-disciplined projects against strategic objectives.

Your leadership style and relationship building will enhance project governance and productivity, fostering innovative thinking and continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Possesses tertiary qualifications and/or 5+ years’ experience in a Programme Manager role.
  • Management qualification such as Prince2.
  • Proven experience working effectively with multiple stakeholders in a busy environment.

  • Strategically plan, schedule, and lead multiple construction projects across the UK.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead project lifecycles from conception to completion, establishing clear methodologies and governance.
  • Implement agile change management processes.
Compliance & Risk:
  • Ensure full compliance with UK regulations and laws.
  • Implement quality control and continuous improvement processes.
  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Cost Control:
  • Monitor and manage project expenses.
  • Analyze and address cost variations with corrective actions.
