Job Description:

Sensata is working alongside world-leading HVOR customers to create products that enhance the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of battery electric systems, supporting the next generation of trucks, buses, and stationary storage systems. The Program Manager will oversee the development and execution of multiple projects and programs within the organization. Responsibilities include ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, acting as a liaison between team members and stakeholders, and managing project lifecycle activities.

  • Lead multiple projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring scope, quality, time, and cost constraints are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to plan scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and schedules for new initiatives.
  • Develop and control project deadlines, budgets, and activities.
  • Manage changes, risks, and resources effectively.
  • Identify and address higher scope issues, assess program strengths, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and team performance goals are achieved.
  • Implement and manage change interventions to meet project goals.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project issues and decisions.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on program status throughout its lifecycle.
  • Analyze and mitigate program risks.
Experience / Qualifications:
  • University degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
  • Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across all organizational levels, including with suppliers and external customers.
  • Experience leading multi-functional global teams in defining system and product roadmaps aligned with customer and business priorities.
  • Ability to develop business cases for new opportunities and define product cost roadmaps.
  • Experience leading change management projects.
  • Customer-facing project management experience.
  • Experience managing new technology developments in the heavy vehicle industry, especially electric vehicles.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security and Functional Safety requirements in the automotive industry is desirable.
