About the Role:

We're looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and support transformation initiatives across Markets Operations. This hybrid role combines strategic project delivery with analytical problem-solving, working closely with global Operations and Technology partners to deliver meaningful change.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and deliver complex projects from initiation through execution

Define and document strategic requirements aligned with operational goals

Build business cases and define KPIs to track tangible outcomes

Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to senior stakeholders

Drive consistency, simplify processes, and ensure global best practices

Collaborate across functions and regions to deliver change at scale

Support full project lifecycle including testing and readiness planning

What We’re Looking For:

️ Strong program/project management skills – certifications like PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma are a plus

️ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities

️ Skilled in documentation, data analysis, and tools like Excel & PowerPoint

️ Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
