Job Title: Pre-Construction Project Lead – Infrastructure

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 base salary plus package (DOE)

Having recently secured a long-term contract, they are set to undertake the largest programme ever seen across the Southeast, with a potential value exceeding £1 billion.
Role Overview
As a Programme Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a transformative infrastructure programme. Working closely with the client, you will help define project objectives and ensure alignment with their needs. The role encompasses technical, commercial, and governance responsibilities, offering a broad perspective without direct pricing duties but with oversight of cost considerations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define programme requirements and objectives.
- Manage geotechnical surveys, liaise with stakeholders and landowners, and coordinate CDM (Construction Design and Management) information.
- Take projects from conception through to delivery, working closely with the supply chain.
- Lead constructability reviews, risk assessments, and develop upfront risk profiles.
- Ensure governance and commercial processes are adhered to throughout the programme.
- Support the development of team members, particularly in commercial aspects.
Candidate Profile
- Strong engineering background with significant experience in Pre-Construction.
- Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure programmes.
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and supply chain partners.
- Understanding of risk management, governance, and programme delivery methodologies.
